1.)   What is your one-line positive thinking mantra?

A plaque i have in my house ‘Footprints in history aren’t made sitting down!’ (i’m typing this sitting down! lol)

2.)  Describe your personality?

mmmmm, fun, silly, hardworking, honest, caring,life skilled, a lover of sleep, sensitive and rebellious!!

3.) What practices have you adopted that have led to a healthier lifestyle?

Oh more running and less junk. I loooove walkers cheese & onion but my thighs don’t so have started eating more bananas and grapes instead…i know crave fruit so i think its working!

4.) The world is going green, have you embraced the trend?

I have until TFL annoyed me and now i just prefer to drive, however i try to recycle everything i can!

5.)Provide us with a few tips and tricks for holistic living?

Fresh water and a tidy house = a tidy mind! (erm I’ve got the water part down!)

6.) Describe your fashion style?

I’m a girl that loves to be comfortable but then look killer sexy with the right heeled boots, tights and a cute jumper and jacket – think Rock-Chic.

7.)  How do you unwind after a long week?

Have a bath, then lay on the sofa and stare into TV space! it’s a lazy thing but after travelling 1000’s of miles, gigging, organizing, emailing and more i just like to zone out and not have to understand anything.

8.)  What empowers you?

Honest people that work hard to make a better life and meeting people that get your vision and want to work towards a better life for human beings..not all this step on each other to get ahead crap!

9.) What is your favorite cuisine?

SUSHI!! I love Japanese food..teriyake Chicken mmm! But if not that a seriously good Italian gets me every time!

10.) How do you creatively express yourself?

It’s all through my voice, when i sing, i’m free – ultimately it doesn’t matter about the clothes, the hair, the make up, the politics – when i sing i am me and if my voice is on point then i’m flying!!
