Meet Tiffany Evans, an American R&B singer, songwriter, and actress. Best known for her appearance in the hit Tyler Perry movie “Diary of a Mad Black Woman“, and for her debut single featuring Ciara, “Promise Ring“.
Tiffany was born on August 4, 1992 in Bronx, New York. She is the seventh of ten children by her parents Carol and Lonnie Evans. In 2003, on her fourth star search appearance, Tiffany won the Grand Champion title in the junior division. She is also the only performer in the history of the show to receive perfect five scores on all of her performances.
In 2004, Tiffany made an appearance an episode of Law and Order: SVU, as Blair Underwood‘s daughter. Later that year, she performed for executives at Columbia records, and was offered a record deal at the age of 10. In 2005, she appeared in CBS’s “The District“, and landed a role in Tyler Perry’s “Diary of a Mad Black Woman“.
In 2004, Tiffany released a song titled “Let Me Be Your Angel“, however it was not until she released “Promise Ring” featuring Ciara, that Tiffany became nationally known. She later released her self titled debut album, and her second single “I’m Grown“, which featured rapper Bow Wow. In September 2010, Tiffany released a new single titled “I’ll Be There” from her upcoming second album to be released in 2011.

I thought I recognized her, then I read that she was on Law and Order: SVU and I remembered she was Miles’ daughter! How cool! Somehow I actually didn’t know that she had a singing career, so that’s interesting. I’ll have to check her out. Thanks!
