Meet Alfred Thomas, an American singer, songwriter and choreographer. Alfred has made notable appearances in “Stomp The Yard“, and “Step Up 2: The Streets“.
Alfred was born in Miami, Florida on October 24, 1982. He received a BA in theatre at the Florida A&M University, and perfected his dance skills before moving to Los Angeles. Alfred made his breakthrough in the movie “Step Up 2; The Streets“, as a bad boy antagonist; a role which enabled him to showcase his amazing dance as well as acting skills.
Alfred went on to make other appearances in the films “I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry“, “Stomp the Yard“, and “Dreamgirls“, starring alongside Beyonce Knowles, Jamie Foxx, and Jennifer Hudson. He further appeared in music videos for Rihanna, Mario, Cheetah Girls, Beyonce, Fall Out Boys, Natasha Bedingfield, and Chris Brown.
Alfred Black is also an assistant choreographer to internationally known Fatima, Rich & Tone, Dave Scott, and Hi Hat. He has lent his to talent shows such as “That’s so Raven“, “Just Jordan“, and “CSI: New York“.
This talented young man has a bright future ahead of him with his amazing abilities in singing, dancing and acting. He has recently formed a community outreach program for youths, which will inspire healthy living through dance.
