Director and writer Dee Rees tells the story of a Brooklyn born teenager struggling to find her own identity, and trying to balance her social relationships in “Pariah“. The movie stars Adepero Oduye, Kim Wayans, Stephanie Andujar, Nina Daniels, and Aasha Davis. “Pariah” was screened on the opening night of the 2011 Sundance Film Festival, and has received positive reviews.

Along with Deadly Rubber, I will also have to add this to my “to watch” list. I tend to like a lot of the Sundance films 🙂
