Ever heard of Guernsey?

Well, I haven't, not until today. Guernsey, pronounced gurn-zee (thank you Wikipedia) is a British Crown dependency in the English Channel off the coast of Normandy. There's a bunch of history that goes into this place that I'm sure many of you will be interested in. So, I'll just leave some links at the end of the post you can check out when you have time because I don't. Now, indulge yourselves in the sheer beauty of Guernsey:

St. Peter Port

Saumarez Park

Red mullet with forcemeat cakes

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Port Soif Nature Trail

La Carriere Stables

Castle Cornet
