I’m calling today’s pick the “Mind-blowing video of the day” because that’s exactly what the incomparable and undeniably talented woman, Dawn Richard, as delivered to us. Like seriously, my attention was held from beginning to end. It wasn’t hard to decipher the meaning behind the music and concept either. Clearly it depicts Dawn’s fight and how she remains strong and still pressing on in spite of all she’s dealt with in the past. I could go on and on about the brilliance of “Tide: The Paradox Effect” and how amazing Dawn Richard is, but I’m saving it for my full review of her awesome album, Blackheart.
