I’m a firm believer that there’s just no excuse. If you love your body you’ll do what’s necessary to keep it healthy. Of course, there are people who are remarkably busy; between taking care of their children, working 9-5 jobs, or having some other demanding duties, it’s easy to say we can’t fit any form of exercise in our daily lives. That’s all she’s asking you for. Whether it’s before you start your day, or in the evenings after work and before bed, with just 25 minutes for 30 days, you can get your body on the right track.
