The internet is swirling with rumors that Harmonix is working on a standalone version of Rock Band featuring the music of rock legend Jimi Hendrix. According to Harmonix, those rumors are false. The tips are 
rolling in, citing websites from Billboard to Ultimate Guitar, all referencing a L.A. Times interview with Hendrix’s sister Janie.
