Zac Posen Gets Japonesque, Diane von Furstenberg’s Rendezvous

Zac Posen channeled Japanese inspiration for his fall 2012 collection, which included Obi belts cinched kimono-sleeved tops and minaudières shaped like cats and pagodas. While Diane von Furstenberg, who named her fall collection “Rendezvous,” brought out bold jumpsuits and draped dresses in electrifying colors sure to remain memorable even after the show ended. FW Special: Diane Von Furstenberg’s Collection

Diane Von Furstenberg‘s Fall 2011 “American Legends” collection is designed for the fearless woman. Her line reflected the designer’s Studio 54 days, with hints of gold lamé and her usual vibrant prints. DVF’s signature wrap dresses also made a few appearances, along with bold silhouettes, patterns, and colors. Check out the designs from the runway show below:
