A man from British Columbia, Canada who was convicted of killing his pregnant wife and leaving her burnt remains on a beach outside Vancouver is seeking an appeal for his second degree murder charge. The convict, Mukhtiar Panghali, was trialed back in March before a judge and without a jury. He was then sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 15 years.
