Evanescence’s “My Heart Is Broken”

Don’t you just love those emotional tracks from Evanescence? In fact, that’s what the band is known most for; emotional, passionate, melodramatic, sorrowful, you name it. They’ve made their latest album more bright and strayed a bit from their darker days. And that’s understandable being that Amy Lee along with the others are in a more uplifting place in life. Single, broke, and depressed

Things don’t always work out the way you planned so it’s recommended that you always have a back-up. But what if life prevents you from even having a plan B? What if you took the one last chance you have left to be happy, knowing you had no other options to fall back on? Well, that’s exactly what my girl did; let’s just say that now she’s single, broke and depressed. This is the horrific conclusion when considering her current state of mind. ‘Tis The Season To Be…Lonely?

When the Christmas season comes around, many are feeling super jolly; spending time with their loved ones, having family gatherings, etc. Unlike those happy go lucky people, there are some (like muah) who feel lonely around this time of the year, especially when you have no one to cuddle with to keep warm in the cold winter.

You’re probably thinking, how can you be lonely when you’re with family, but sometimes people are looking for love, comfort, and joy, especially around that time; chances are you’ll feel jealous when you see other couples getting all lovey dovey and you have no one to do that with.
