Travel to Mali

The Republic of Mali is a landlocked country in Western Africa. Its capital is Bamako. Mali consists of eight regions and its borders on the north reach deep into the middle of the Sahara, while the country’s southern part, where the majority of inhabitants live, features the Niger and Sénégal rivers. As always, thank you Wikipedia for that brief info.

Anyways, I came across Mali while browsing the web (randomly). I searched via Google images and became instantly fascinated with all the pics I found. If you’re not just into jet-setting across the globe to find exotic beaches and taste different food, and are in fact into exploring cultures and learning about a country’s history and its people, then this place is definitely somewhere you should visit. WORLD AIDS DAY

Today is World Aids Day!

According to the World AIDS Day organization……..> http://www.worldaidsday.org/, ‘World AIDS Day 2010 is all about raising awareness to tackle HIV prejudice and help stop the spread of HIV.

HIV and AIDS terms are used interchangebly to mean the same. Well, in fact one is used to refer to the final progression of the disease. Human Immunodeficiency Virus, is the virus that causes Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.
